AITECA is designed to process a wide variety of payslips, including very old ones that may contain handwritten information, whether they were issued by small and medium-sized businesses, large corporations, or government agencies. The documents can be provided in native PDF, scanned PDF, or photo format, without being tied to a specific layout template.

AITECA automatically extracts the identity, employment, and compensation data required for business processes: employee identity, employer information (SIRET, APE, URSSAF), pay period, gross salary, net amounts (social security, taxable, payable), annual totals, length of service, start dates, mandatory disclosures, etc.

Payslips undergo advanced anti-fraud checks on the image, its data, metadata, and through external databases. AITECA detects document tampering (modified PDFs, invisible inconsistencies) and AI-generated forgeries; verifies the presence and validity of the 2D-DOC certificate (if applicable, see public sector); performs cross-checks (last name, first name, length of service with the company); and applies more than 10 additional checks to identify fraud attempts as soon as the document is received.
